A Mission That Touches Every Community
Every day, weather, water, and climate information helps people make informed decisions that affect transportation, agriculture, energy, emergency management, national security, and countless other sectors. Behind these services is a diverse community of scientists, engineers, researchers, educators, technologists, and operational professionals working together to serve the public good.

The Foundation exists to help ensure that future generations understand the value of this work and have opportunities to contribute to it.
